* R01 resubmission
  - No url links allowed in research plan and not in letter of support.
  - Tom Ferrin has draft of 1 page resubmission letter in google docs.
  - Not clear whether NIH wants to highlight changes in R01.
  - We will take out blue highlighting in proposal before submission.
  - How should letter describe critique of comparison to other software.
  - Discussed and made changes to resubmission letter.

* Wynton downtime February 28 - March 2
  - Tom Ferrin will need email for R01 resubmission.
  - On Wed March 2 there is a planned power outage to rearrange racks.
  - Scooter will try to keep RBVI web site up.
  - TomG will advise Wah Chiu of ChimeraX downloads for March 1 workshop.
  - Greg will try to keep cgl email working.
  - Will Trac bug tracking be working? Probably.

* Updating ChimeraX Trac
  - Setup and test new Trac 1.5 version with Python 3 and MySQL on preview.
  - Uses different version of jquery and other major changes.
  - Once tested on preview, will update production trac.
  - There are scripts to copy sqllite database to MySQL
  - Tricky part will be updating plugins, like email-to-trac.
  - Trac 1.5 is a development version.
  - Trac 1.6 will be a production version, but is not yet released, unclear when.
  - Most recent Trac problem was overlapping ticket numbers.

* NIAID statement of work
  - Eric can add more aims to the first two sections of SOW.

* Move toolshed to it's own IP address and it's own Apache instance -- !Greg/Scooter
