* Christmas card
  - Use the lab photo from our sailing off-site.
  - Text can mention Conrad retired, Zach hired.
  - 350 addresses on mailing list.
  - TomG can print cards
  - Scooter will send image to TomG to crop and make initial text.
  - Could put signatures on back of card.

* NIAID contract invoicing
  - Scooter says miscommunication between UCSF contracts and grants and finance caused delayed invoicing.
  - Latest word is invoice will be issued ten(?) days into December.

* New computer hardware
  - Tom Ferrin will purchase Windows 7 Chimera build machine backup disk
  - Elaine could use new office desktop iMac.  Apple has not updated iMac in 2 years, so will probably wait for new hardware.

* Computer security audit
  - Tom Ferrin and Scooter will update each other on latest developments

* Greg out today
  - Greg is not presenting today because he is sick.
