* R01 grant proposal
  - Improved aim 1 text to give sense of scope of work
  - UCSF says submission must be in July 1.  NIH deadline of July 5 is a holiday.
  - TomG telling letter of support writers to provide letter by June 18
  - 7 of 13 letters requested, 3 received so far.
  - Elaine will look at project summary
  - Next step is to fill out research plan details
  - Innovation section needs to be written, can wait to see plan details.
  - Want to have timeline with some subaims listed, similar to current R01 with implementation/enhancements.
  - Each aim plan will need a "pitfalls" section.

* Outreach
  - TomF says we should have a web page listing tutorials and presentations including who the audience was.

* New hire
  - Scooter will try to set up second round interviews with Zach and Hamish.
