* Include Tristan on R01?
  - We don't know how to have non-US staff on NIH grant.  Scooter thinks Tom Ferrin would have to learn from Paul Adams how, but Tom has too little time.
  - Could fund Tristan as a consultant.  Scooter knows how to do this and will try to set it up.
  - Tristan's main interest in R01 funding is to help get a position in Australia, where bringing his own funding will help.  Tristan's current funding tied to Randy Reed lab and cannot be transferred.

* R01 specific aims
  - Discussion of top level 3 specific aims: 1) diverse ChimeraX tools, 2) cryoEM/ET, 3) outside developer support.
  - May try a paragraph for each aim instead of listing subaims 1A,1B,1C....
  - Eric will write an initial draft for aim 1, TomG for aim 2 and 3.
  - Mention VR?  Maybe just to let reviewers know about it but not propose anything.  Or maybe propose some tomography vis from rejected CZI Visual Proteomics proposal.
  - Include light microscopy as separate aim?  No, too much work for funding level.  Can include with aim 2, related to tomography, correlative LM/EM.  Only propose limited new LM developments, like supporting new LM file formats.
