* Level-of-effort on grants
  - To avoid holding up Paul Adams Phenix 24 grant, must address NIH concerns about UCSF team level of effort being beyond 100%.
  - Need Eric, Elaine and TomG level of effort on all grants include Phenix R24 to be no more than 100%.
  - NIH reports level of effort at 15 - 17 calendar months, needs to be 12 or less.
  - NTT Data contract is main problem.  Level of effort is incorrect for contract.
  - Funding for future new hire is not accounted for.
  - Tom Ferrin will arrange meeting with JoAnne, Tara, Scooter, to straighten out effort reporting.

* Web viewer in R01 proposal
  - Tom Ferrin suggests we not include it based on TomG analysis.
  - Scooter is concerned about reviewers who think desktop/laptop platform is old and want to see web browser interfaces.
  - Could put in R01 a figure showing ChimeraX GLTF presented in 3D web viewer.
  - Could make a tutorial and/or feature highlight showing how to export a ChimeraX scene and put on web page or upload to SketchFab or other 3D model sharing site.

* New hire
  - Human resources has job description
  - We should announce job on Twitter and chimerax user list.
  - Tristan recommends asking Todd Hamish if interested

* ChimeraX 1.2 release plan
  - Code freeze the past week
  - Supposed to branch today but Greg on vacation
  - In one week plan to put 1.2 version on download page which is release candidate.
  - End of April announce officlal 1.2 release if no critical bugs found
