  - Says he can only get a little time back unless he drops some PI.
  - (Jacobson 12.5%, NMR 12.5%, Wynton 25%, RBVI 50%)
  - Can he drop NMR?  Would leave them in bad position.

* Wynton will be down 1 full day and all CGL servers/email/plato for power work.

* CZI essential software.
  * License will say "other".  Could mention releasing PyPi package of core capabilities.
  * Scooter will engage contacts and grants, and work on budget.
  * TomG will make google doc for full proposal so everyone can expand details.
