* Chimera 1.13.1.
  * Using Tk 8.6.8 on Mac to fix buttons on Mojave.
  * Tk 8.6.8 won't run on Windows
    - Will use 8.6.4 on Windows
  * Still testing new Tk in daily build

    - Remove carriage returns from log
    - Add log context menu entry to make command links executable or go to documentation, default is documentation.
    - Remove "save for demo" log menu entry.  Save will use current state, reexecute or documentation.

    - Add context option to show only typed commands or all logged commands.
  * VR how-to demo with laptop and Samsung Odyssey headset
    - Hand-controller tracking position wrong, had to run Windows Mixed Reality setup to fix it.
