    - Bundle-specific documentation should be placed into {{{docs}}} directory in package
    - Do we want to reorganize how documentation is stored, both for bundle-specific and general (e.g., tutorials)
    - Bundle-specific documentation should be kept in bundle
  * Testing
    - All bundles have a "make test" target which runs test*.cxc and test*.py
    - There should be at least "test.cxc" for testing commands to detect simple errors like syntax errors
    - Nightly builds will call "make test" after completing build
      - possible outcomes: no errors, build okay/test failed, build failed
      - latter two should have links to build output
  * Initial display
    - Simpler, more stylized or more detailed initial representations?
    - How many residue-count levels should there be?
    - Below a certain threshold, models are "small molecules"
    - Two level initial display of nucleotides styles: all atoms (with filled rings when available), and ladder. Assumption is that we will also develop some UI (auto-displayed tool or set of toolbar buttons) to make it easier for user to change from default style.
