* mmCIF
  - Fix reading so that non-standard monomer connectivity is handled properly
  - Fix writing to generate non-standard flags correctly
* Documentation and tutorial strategy
  - Allow users to add subcommands to existing commands
  - Must list all commands and subcommands in bundle_info.xml
  - List URI for each commands/subcommands
  - Above are suggestions, more discussion needed, particularly with Elaine
* Chimera 1.13 release
  - OpenSSL
    - pip is standard now
    - need to remove MacOS/python2.7, use Resources/bin/python instead
  - ~~Additional tools menu now being tested -- couple more days
  - Very close to including new rotamer library too
  - Conrad will add code to limit ligand size to 100 heavy atoms for Vina
  - Goal: have a release candidate up by the end of next week
