* What is in release 0.6?
  - Performance improvements
  - Initial APIs and guidelines
    - We want simple rules like "arrays from collections are numpy" and "arrays from other instances are tinyarray" so that developers don't have to constantly refer to documentation
    - We want release 0.6 to implement these guidelines as much as possible, even if we need to update ctypes-based functions
  - Demonstrate that we are committing to a production release
