  * Previous action items:
   * ChimeraX license
     - Lawyer may want UCOP to review
     - "Permitted uses" expanded to define "improvements" vs. "extensions"
     - Improvements changes our copyrighted code.  Should not be able to redistribute.
     - Extensions are original code not involving copyrighted code.  License does not apply to extensions.
     - Distribute non-copyrighted "sample extensions" as starting points for developers.  Sample extensions must be distributed under a different license and/or not copyrighted.
   * PyQt5 5.7 fixed Linux problem
   * Conrad emailed Ben to get on the monthly phone calls for IHM
   * Conrad fixed typos and stuff in download page
   * Building Chimera 1 on 10.11 works if MACOSX_DEPLOYMENT_TARGET is set to 10.8.  Setting it to 10.9 compiles but does NOT run.

    * In both cases, the "model spec" is screwing up parsing
