  * Chimera 1.11 Release
   * Candidate release is up
   * Release notes are mostly updated
     * Add "Will be the final 32-bit release of Chimera"
   * Branched already
  * Windows ChimeraX builds
   * Al got single license for Windows 10 and will install after getting USB media
   * Python 3.5 built with Visual Studio 2015
   * Build ChimeraX on plato VM (windows 10)
  * Fraser volume blending
   * Registered volumes are blended in ChimeraX (but not Chimera)
   * Scooter will pass information on and see what is really needed
   * Will eventually need to handle displaying multiple transparent surfaces correctly

   * Getting a 3-pack developer license makes it possible to distribute ChimeraX with existing Chimera license
