   - Greg has help view implemented
   - "usage" command now puts URL in log window if available
   - Greg added "ch2cmd:" scheme for executing commands from HTML viewer
   - Elaine suggested that "help" should fall back to "usage" if no web page is available
   - Ribbons is slowly coming along
   - TomG added "transparency" and "select" commands
   - TomG fixed "color" command to handle transparency properly
   - TomG changed "style" command argument order to match "color" command (same with "transparency")
   - TomG added selection argument to "view" command, also "orient" option to look down z axis
   - We want to let users choose what is displayed in the reply log.  Perhaps use css to selectively display "commands", "command output", "script output", "thumbnails", etc.
