 * Now works for sessions
 * Session files are binaries
  * Uses pickle, but only simple data types
 * Added some new base types
 * Conrad will use the Model class as a template for Tools so that active tools will be saved as part of the session

 * Then we can decide on all of the other attributes and where they are going to work

= Tool shed demo =
 * Tool shed startup now works and since command line is now a Tool, the tool shed will find it and start it.
 * Two functions tools should implement
  * start_tool
  * register_command (if the tool registers any commands)
 * Next steps:
  * Refreshing the cache file
  * Scanning remote repository
  * Tool Shed tool: register tool shed commands and UI
