3107	Enable depth cue with mesh lighting off	olibclarke@…	Tom Goddard	"Currently depth cue is considered part of lighting and the setting that turns mesh lighting off also turns depth cue off.  Depth cue is useful with meshes so it would be nice if only depth cue could be used with meshes.
