2322	"color target ""All"" semi-colors 2D labels"	Elaine Meng	Tom Goddard	"I was experimenting to see whether color target All includes 2D labels.  It seems to tint them rather than simply change them to the specified color, which is interesting and fully undoable but probably not what was intended!   Since color target All does work as expected with 3D labels, I guess this effect with the 2D labels is a bug.
