If I use ""color delete all"" when there is one or more user-defined colors, there is an error that one of the colors is unknown.  For example (Log contents):

color name tgreen rgba(0%, 80%, 40%, 0.5)
color list
1 color:
color delete all
Unknown color 'tgreen' 

If I use ""color delete all"" when there are no user-defined colors, it gives error: Unknown color 'all'
