It in fact works with Boltz, OpenFold, ESMFold and AlphaFold 2 and 3.  It would be less confusing if it were called ""Predicted Aligned Error Plot"".

I think I should add that menu entry and keep the original AlphaFold Error Plot since many people are accustomed to using the older name.
