18853	Windows build from scratch has become very slow	Tom Goddard	Greg Couch	"I just made a ChimeraX build on Windows on vizvault.cgl.ucsf.edu and it took 43 minutes.  That is much slower than it used to be.  The build output does not have time stamps so I'm not sure why it is so slow.  Would be worth figuring out what has changed so that third party developers don't have to suffer with slow builds.

On vizvault it use Microsoft Visual Studio 2019.
