blastprotein /A database pdb cutoff 1e-5 matrix BLOSUM62 max_hits 10 tool_id 25

but then the dialog came back filled in with the default settings for cutoff (1e-5) and # hits 100.  Shouldn't it show the settings that were used in the command?  It made it unclear as to what had been used, since I got 61 hits.
