Description
I’ve noticed an issue with the “Surface Color” tool in version 1.10.
The attached image was generated using versions 1.8 and 1.10, along with the map from the Relion tutorial dataset and the corresponding local resolution output. The resolution range—spanning from high to low—is visualized in a “rainbow” color scheme, from blue to red.
As shown in the image, the low-resolution dust surrounding the core map appears red in v1.8 but blue in v1.10. This reversed color pattern persists even when using the “Reverse” option, other color schemes, and different datasets.
