Hi,
I’m trying to do segmentations in ChimeraX.
I tried from the local installation on my mac book, and I get an error which I sent earlier with the bug report tool.

I tried using ChimeraX on our linux machines (OS details in snapshot attached).
This time I do not get an error pop up, but there is an error being displayed on the terminal (second snapshot attached).

The thing is that despite the error it seems to work fine if I open .mrc files generated in relion or in isonet. If I open .mrc file generated in imod or aretomo then the orthoplanes in the segmentation window are completely black. You can draw on them but they show no density. The error appears in all cases.

I could not see any obvious difference between the tomos, they are all 32 bit float.
