16404	Make bug reporter give advice for common crashes	Tom Goddard	Tom Goddard	Would like to have Bug Reporter detect common crashes that we cannot fix such as Apple Intel graphics driver crashes, or Mac Qt display reconfiguration crashes and show advice to tell the user the cause of the crash so they can try to avoid it.
