[chimerax-users] Exporting Measure and Color Blob data

Hello Dominic,
All of the information is going to the Log. You can just save the Log contents to an HTML file after measuring a bunch of blobs... although I'm not sure you will be able to remember which blob is which, if that matters, if you save them all to a single file.

If you really wanted one output file per blob, you could clear the Log after each measure and save.

 Saving and clearing contents can be done with the Log context menu or with the "log" command.

Log and its context menu:

"log" command
<https://rbvi.ucsf.edu/chimerax/docs/user/commands/log.html>

I hope this helps,
Elaine

However, I have lots of models, with lots of blobs. That means me stopping and writing down the volume data each time I click is not very efficient. So is there anyway I can export all the volume data per each selected blobs per each image into one file?
