Dear Weimin,
The map files do not contain orientation information, so you can't simply save the map after rotating it. Instead you would need to make a new map by resampling the moved map onto the grid of the reference map with "vop resample" -- this is explained in the bottom section of this page, "Saving Maps After Fitting":
