Hi Carlos,
	The prmtop file is the parameters/topology file, which contains information about atom names/types, bond connectivity, etc. and typically ends in .prmtop.  It is not the .nc file, which contains coordinates for each frame of the trajectory.  Click on the ‘Help’ button in the Get Ensemble Info dialog to get more information about these files.
