Dear Eleni,
It looks like the problem is the "Output file" location.  You need to give a location where you have permission to write files.

P.S. The Autodock VIna tool in Chimera is not recommended for most research because it does not allow very much sampling.  If you use Autodock Vina directly (not using the Chimera tool) you can do a more thorough sampling.  This issue is mentioned in bottom part of the gray box  in the manual page:
