[Chimera-users] ValueError: can't normalize zero length array

	Basically, Chimera has problems with these fake molecules where the atoms are on a regular grid and you need to prevent Chimera from trying to create bonds between these "atoms".  You do that by changing all the ATOM records into HETATM records (see the linked message above).  I've attached versions of the files you sent with the ATOMs changed to HETATMs, and they work fine in Chimera.
