Hi Elaine,
thank you, it does kind of help. But when I have to browse multiple times between let's say 12 or more orbitals it is still not very helpful. There isn't enough space on the screen to view all the histograms and if the number is more than 5 or 6 it the Volume Viewer window shows only histograms and not any other options even if I tick them from Features ... it kind of bugs out. A scroll for the histograms (with a bar and with the mouse wheel) would be very appreciated :D
Best Regards,
Dobromir

Hi Dobromir,
In Chimera you can increase the number of datasets shown: in Volume Viewer, choose Features...Data display options,
<https://www.rbvi.ucsf.edu/chimera/docs/ContributedSoftware/volumeviewer/volumeviewer.html#disp-options>
...and then te dialog will have an option "Maximum number of histograms shown" that you can increase from the default 3.
I hope this helps,
Elaine

There is no scroll up or down. Resizing the window does not change the number of loaded files to manipulate for visualization.

It is simply not convinient to hide and show them if I want to view more than 3 files in the Volume Viewer.
