[Chimera-users] RR Distance Maps: Exporting St. Dev Map

Hello Taariq,
The RR Distance Maps export file always includes all of the matrices. So if you are computing a map for multiple structures (e.g. more than one chain chosen in the top of the RR Dist Maps dialog) and can display Distance, Std Dev, Both, or Difference, then the exported file will include all three matrices: Distance, Std Dev, and Difference.

Maybe you are only looking at the top of the file because the Distance one is first. If you search for lines in the export file starting with "# " you will see the start and end of the other two matrices as well (with all of the values between those lines, of course).

I hope this helps,
Elaine

I wanted to export the standard deviations map only so that I can see the numerical values, but every time I click export in only gives me the option of exporting a map of the distances. I was just wondering if I could have some help with this if I am missing something.
