Hi Prathvi,
You could copy the Chimera preferences file from one computer to the other. However, any preferences that are file locations would probably be wrong on the second computer until you adjust them. Sometimes wrong preferences prevent Chimera from starting. However, you could just try it and if it causes problems, you could manually delete the preferences file.

You can see where your preferences file is by using menu: Favorites... Preferences, category: Preferences. See help:
<https://www.rbvi.ucsf.edu/chimera/docs/UsersGuide/preferences.html#Preferences>
<https://www.rbvi.ucsf.edu/chimera/docs/UsersGuide/preferences.html#preffile>

I hope this helps,
Elaine
