[Chimera-users] Regarding Chimera vina executable file

Hi Elaine
The vina file is usually downloaded to C:/Program Files (x86)/The Scripps Research Institute/Autodock /4.2.6/autodock4.exe.
(it may not be 4.2.6 or autodock4, depending on the version you dowloaded)

Hi Heshani,
I do not know where the vina executable is, since I have not downloaded or installed it myself, and I don't have a Windows machine on which to try that.  We are not the Autodock Vina developers.  Maybe you can ask on the Autodock Vina help list where the executable file is when you install the Windows version:
