[Chimera-users] Error message

Hi Kaitlyn,
This error message says you are trying to write files where you don't have permission to write files. Where it says "Output file" in the dialog, you need to put a pathname to a folder in which you have permission to write files.

....the Autodock Vina service through Chimera is no longer available. To use the Autodock Vina tool in Chimera you have to install Autodock Vina yourself on your own computer, and even then, this tool does not allow enough sampling to be useful for most research projects.
So instead you may want to use some other docking program or web service (not in Chimera). See these previous posts for discussion and some possible alternatives:
