[Chimera-users] autodock vina web service not available

Sorry, the Autodock Vina web service is no longer available. (I changed the subject line to say this, since "no subject" is not useful.)

This was already discussed on the mailing list:

As it says in the Help, you can instead download Autodock Vina to your own computer and then use the tool.  This is also mentioned on the mailing list:

Another possibility is to run some different docking web service directly (not using Chimera), but then use Chimera to view the results.  For example, there is a web server called Webina:

I have not tried it myself, but according to others, after you get the output file from Webina you may be able to open and view it with the ViewDock tool in Chimera as described in the second message below:

Another docking web service that people use is SwissDock.
