Hi Minoli Aponso,
The Autodock Vina web service (which was provided by another group, not ours) was discontinued a few months ago and will no longer be available.
To use the local pathway option, you first have to download the Autodock Vina program from <http://vina.scripps.edu/> to your own computer, and then in the Chimera tool, change the location to wherever you put the executable.
See the Chimera Autodock Vina help page for details:
<http://www.rbvi.ucsf.edu/chimera/docs/ContributedSoftware/vina/vina.html>
If you already did the local installation and running failed, it is not possible for us to know the problem without more details, and you should use menu: Help... Report a Bug after getting the error instead of sending e-mail here.
Even if you are succesful in using a locallly installed Autodock Vina, however, the Chimera tool only allows very little sampling and is not recommended for most research purposes.
You might ask “well why is this tool in Chimera, then?” You can see a longer answer in the bottom half of this message:

If you use Autodock Vina directly (not with Chimera), when it's done you can still open the results in the Chimera ViewDock tool for analysis. Or, you could use some other docking program (DOCK, GOLD, Haddock, etc.) or web server (SwissDock, Webina, etc.) instead.
I hope this helps,
Elaine
