[Chimera-users] Fit list behavior query

Hi Oliver,

When I use fitmap with the search option more than once, it just adds the new search results to the end of the list of results, and it does not reorient the model on the second or subsequent fitmap commands. I just tried it in Chimera 1.14 release candidate although I expect it is the same in Chimera 1.13.1.

That is the intended behavior, not automatically clearing your previous results. The "Clear List" button at the bottom of the results list is so you can choose when to clear.

Normally, a fit list table will appear and the model will reorient to match the highest scoring entry in the fit list.

I find I need to first manually clear all the fits from the first trial in order for it to correctly update with the results of the second run.
