[Chimera-users] Installing vina webserver?

Hi, Antoine.

Unfortunately, no. There are no scripts for installing AutoDock Vina in
the Chimera source code or web site. If you really want to run Vina
locally, you should get an app installer from Scripps
(http://vina.scripps.edu/download.html). (You do not need to run a web
server.) Once the vina executable is installed on your system, you
should be able to select it with the "Local" option in the "Executable
location" section of Chimera's AutoDock Vina interface.
