Hi David,
Hmmm, well, here are a couple of wacky images … distorted views of this protein structure, a bacterial enzyme:

I don’t know that they really convey entropy, but they look kind of like an explosion, which is one route to disintegration. Anyway, if you end up using either, we just request that you credit Chimera for the image.
