Hello Meysam,
Are you referring to the matrix display or to the exported file of values? We noticed that the very bottom row is missing from the display (and will look into fixing that), but in our own tests, it is included in the exported file of distances.
If you are saying the matrix in the exported file is not symmetrical, we would need you to send us an example. You could use menu: Help… Report a Bug, say in the description what the structure is, and attach the exported file to the report.
