[Chimera-users] Model color won't change

Hi Ahmad,
I think they really do have exactly the same color but the trace sticks are 3-dimensional so that the shading makes them look darker than the flat wire.  You could try different lighting that does not have 3D shading, but then you don’t have 3D shading and it is a totally different appearance.. If you do use the flat lighting (command: light mode ambient), it looks better with black outlines (command: set silhouette), but I doubt that is what you wanted.
