[Chimera-users] Movie Recorder Frame Options not available

Hi Angela,
I have no idea what you mean by “not available”.  Click the black triangle to the left of “Frame Options” in the Movie Recorder dialog to reveal the options.

Or, if you are using the “movie record” command, they are additional command options:

However, the error message says the error is during encoding, not recording, so I doubt that the problem is in the frame options. The first thing is to make sure that the output file location is somewhere that you have permission to write files. 

If that’s not the problem, then check the “Movie Options” (again, reveal using black triangle; however, defaults should be good) or if using commands, “movie encode” command options.
