[Chimera-users] Some questions about the software

On Windows, there is a "Chimera - Debug" start menu item, which is the
equivalent of using the --debug command line option. If you run that,
you will see a terminal window with the error message in it. You can
either copy & paste the error message into email, or get a screenshot of
the window, and send it to chimera-bugs at cgl.ucsf.edu.

That said, the most common error is a buggy graphics driver. So I'd
recommend that you try upgrading the graphics driver.

     Good luck,

     Greg
