Hi Chimera team,
Is it possible to save a multiscale model without the atomic coordinates that generated it in the first place? I've seen that the multiscale models can be saved within Scenes, but I'd like to save it as a 'structure' such that I can continue to use it in subsequent sessions. At present, when I close the PDB model that generated the MultiScale map, the map also closes.
Thanks,
Joe
