[Chimera-users] problem regarding saving a file

Good day,
I don’t know what tutorial you are trying to follow or how you are saving the file (what tool or command), so it is hard to say what you are doing wrong. I don’t think any of our own tutorials include processing receptor and ligand files, so maybe you are using a DOCK tutorial.
However, no matter which tutorial you are trying to follow, all I can say is that when you are saving with either a dialog or command, pay attention to what filename you are entering and also the location (folder) where it is going, and then when you try to open, make sure to use that same location and filename. Of course you need to choose a location (folder) where you have permission to write files.
