[Chimera-users] question

Hi Folks:

I am having difficulty in converting C-terminal carboxyl to C-terminal
amide on a beta sheet of 16 amino acids in length. When I try to get the
complete amino acids displayed, it doesn't work.  It just displays the main
peptide cylinder.
