[Chimera-users] : Channel and normal mode calculations

Hi Mohamed,
For future reference, Chimera questions should be sent to chimera-users at cgl.ucsf.edu (CC’d here).

Those normal mode web servers I mentioned in an earlier message are not connected to Chimera.  You would have to just go to the links I gave and use them separately.

The Chimera daily builds (not the production releases) include an experimental feature developed by an outside group, menu:  Tools… Structure Analysis… Calculate Normal Modes.  However, I don’t know how to use it and it does not have any Help, so I’d probably use some web server outside of Chimera instead.  I only mentioned a few web servers, you could probably find many more with a web serach.
