[Chimera-users] usage of mcopy

If there’s some reason that setting the angle back with “angle adjust” won’t work in your scheme, you can explicitly disable the caching by doing this after the “angle adjust”:

import BuildStructure
BuildStructure._bondAngleCache = {}
