[Chimera-users] I need SSEBuilder and SSEHunter plug in

Hello Bahareh Behkamal,
These plugins are not included with Chimera.  We list several “outside” plugins with links to their websites here:

<http://www.rbvi.ucsf.edu/chimera/plugins/plugins.html>

I believe you would need to get the EMAN1 package to get these plugins:
<http://blake.bcm.edu/emanwiki/EMAN1/Programs>
