[Chimera-users] The question about fitting

Hi, everyone:

Once I fit one map to the reference map, there will be some fitting result.
I want to use this fitting result to align the map to the reference map
using another software, for example, EMAN.  How do I this? It seems that I
am not clear about the fitting result,  could anyone give some idea? or, is
there other protocol/software to do this? Thank you!
