[Chimera-users] Append PDB file to all individual PDB chains

Hi Carl,
I imagine you could just do it iteratively, that is: open the tetramer and the structure to be joined, join it to the first monomer. Open another copy of the structure to be joined, join it to the second monomer. Open another copy of the structure to be joined … etc.
Lather, rinse, repeat! :-) Maybe somewhat tedious, but I can’t think of another way. I hope this helps,
Elaine

I would like to attach the second PDB to each of the four chains at the C-terminus. Is this possible? If so, how would I go about this? My concern is that using the "join models" function, it will only append the second PDB file once to the whole structure instead of to each individual chain.
